Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellations need to be made within 24 hours following payment. Please contact us at support@jem-co.com.


SIZE OR COLOUR CHANGE

Any size or color changes need to be made within 12 hours following payment. Please contact us at support@jem-co.com.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of delivery of your order.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, ironed or that don’t come with your ordering information inside the package will not be accepted.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

WILL I BE CHARGED ANY RETURN FEE/RESTOCK FEE?

No, you are covered by our Free Return Policy, this means that when an item is returned for any reason (return or size change) you will not be charged any return fee/restock fee. The return shipping cost is to be handled by you.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE UNSUITABLE/UNWANTED ITEM?

Please follow this process for returning your parcel to us:

  1. Please contact us at support@jem-co.com.
  2. After we have confirmed your eligibility to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.
  3. Post your item to a given address provided by our customer support. We HIGHLY recommend you send the products using a secured or tracking method (mandatory in order to be eligible for a refund), and that you retain your proof of postage.
  4. As soon as we have received your returned items, we will issue a full refund/exchange within 2-3 business days. We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.

HOW TO RETURN DEFECT ITEMS?

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us within 14 days after the delivery of your order at support@jem-co.com and give us your order number, your name and address, and the reason for return.

Please attach a photo of the faulty item to your email.
